Description: A mixed-use building: residential, rental housing, commercial and public use, in the heart of the regenerating Talpiyot district. The   project includes the demolition of an industrial building, and the construction of a high-rise building in its place.

Above the street rises a 24 stories residential   building that combines long-term rental housing, and marketable   residential floors.
